Discovered People in Sydney seeks a Lead Engineer to bridge Product & Engineering with a team of six developers under you. This is a hands on leadership role, split roughly 50/50 between tools, architectural design and team direction with a BE lean (around 70/30 FS split).

The stack includes React and Next on the front end, Node and TypeScript, AWS (Lambda and ECS), Docker, WordPress core alongside Laravel.
