Global Recruitment Specialist – Mining (Sydney)

This role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle for mining talent across Australia, providing strategic guidance to recruiters, and contributing to business forecasting and P&L; management.

Responsibilities

- Understand and manage the end-to-end recruitment process
- Build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients and candidates
- Create and source candidates through active hunting and networking
- Mentor and support junior recruiters on a day‑to‑day basis
- Accurately forecast business demand and manage the team’s P&L;

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree with at least two years of full‑time recruitment experience (or five years of full‑time experience to meet visa requirements)
- Proven ability to develop long‑term client and candidate relationships
- Positive, motivated attitude towards work and growth
- Experience using LinkedIn, other social media platforms, and job boards
- Proficiency with CRM systems




- Strong desire to collaborate within a high‑performance team
