Project Infrastructure Manager At Goodman

This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of infrastructure projects across Goodman’s Victorian Data Centre portfolio, with accountability for planning, approvals, programme, procurement, stakeholder coordination, commercial and commissioning outcomes on assigned data centre infrastructure projects. Projects are to be delivered safely, compliantly and to Goodman’s standards for quality, cost, programme, customer and authority outcomes.

The Project Manager will work closely with the Project Director, VIC, Senior Project Manager and broader Data Centre team to coordinate internal and external stakeholders, manage risk, and deliver outcomes aligned to project objectives, portfolio priorities and the Victorian planning and infrastructure environment.

What You’ll Be Working On





- Lead infrastructure delivery from feasibility through to completion, handover and defects close-out
- Manage enabling works, civil infrastructure, power, fibre, utilities, access, drainage and estate infrastructure
- Coordinate third-party interfaces, authority requirements and servicing agreements
- Manage budgets, procurement, contracts, programme, risk, approvals and reporting
- Work closely with the Project Director, Senior Project Manager and broader Data Centre team
- Navigate Victorian planning, utility and authority processes
- Ensure infrastructure is ready for commissioning, customer handover and ongoing operations

Requirements

- Experience delivering major infrastructure or data centre-related projects
- Solid experience delivering complex infrastructure, civil, power, utilities, data centre or major development projects. You may have worked client-side, with a developer, contractor or consultancy, but you will bring strong project leadership, commercial judgement and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Strong knowledge of civil works, utilities, power, fibre, drainage, access roads, substations or enabling infrastructure
- Experience managing consultants, contractors, procurement, contracts and commercial outcomes
- Strong understanding of Victorian planning, approvals,



authority and servicing processes
- Confidence managing budgets, programmes, risks, reporting and project governance
- The ability to influence and build trust across internal teams, external partners, authorities and delivery teams
- A tertiary qualification in Civil or Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or a related discipline
