Your Recent Role

We are looking for a dedicated, energetic and experienced APAC 4PL Operations Specialist to join our team on a full time basis located in our Melbourne office.

Bring your flexible, Can-Do attitude to work every day and enjoy being part of an amazing team. As well as having experience in a similar role, some responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Daily monitoring and coordination of end-to-end logistics operations across all transport modes.
- Execution of Control Tower activities including milestone tracking, event monitoring, and operational visibility.
- Real time issue identification, resolution, and escalation of operational deviations.
- Direct operational coordination with 3PL partners to ensure service adherence.
- Daily interface with the customer operational teams as primary contact for operational matters.
- Ensure compliance with customer SOPs, SLAs, and agreed operational procedures.
- Support KPI data validation, exception tracking, and operational inputs for reporting.
- Support the maintenance of key documents and SOPs, work instructions, and operational processes.




- Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for service deviations.
- Support data analysis for continuous improvement projects.
- First level operational system support and data quality checks.
- Support operational readiness for new lanes, partners, or projects.

What You Need

We will help you be successful in this role. To start you will need:

- Strong supply chain / 4PL background is mandatory
- 3–7 years of experience in logistics operations, freight forwarding, or 4PL / LLP environments.
- Hands on experience in air and /or sea freight operations.
- Experience working with multiple 3PL partners and customer facing operations.
- Customer facing and stakeholder management
- Experience working in an international or multi country logistics environment.
