This client is in the fitness industry, the world's largest co-ed fitness franchise with over 4,000 clubs worldwide. We are looking for a motivated and people-focused Club Manager to lead daily club operations, drive membership growth, and deliver an exceptional member experience. Key responsibilities

- Driving new member acquisition through lead generation and conversions
- Engaging with leads and existing members through calls, follow-ups, and in-person interactions
- Delivering outstanding customer service and building long-term member relationships
- Supporting Personal Trainers by generating and referring qualified leads
- Ensuring the club is clean, safe, and operating efficiently at all times
- Meeting and exceeding sales and performance targets
- Continuously identifying opportunities to improve member experience and club performance
- Leading by example in creating a positive, energetic,



and welcoming club culture

- Senior First Aid Certificate (or equivalent)
