We are currently seeking an experienced HSE Advisor to join a well-established contractor delivering works across multiple projects in remote WA locations.

This is a FIFO role on an 8:6 roster, working across various sites in Northern WA, supporting operations and ensuring strong safety performance across all projects.

About the Role

Reporting to the Project/Operations team, you will play a key role in promoting and maintaining a positive safety culture across multiple sites. This position requires flexibility to travel between multiple projects as required.

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with WHS legislation, policies, and procedures
- Facilitate incident investigations and reporting
- Deliver safety training, toolbox talks, and inductions
- Assist with development and implementation of safety systems
- Promote a proactive and positive safety culture across teams




- Support supervisors and management with safety-related matters

About You

- Previous experience as an HSE Advisor within construction, civil, or mining environments
- Strong knowledge of WHS legislation
- Ability to work autonomously across multiple sites
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong attention to detail and reporting capability
- Versatile and adaptable to changing project requirements

Tickets & Requirements

- Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety (minimum)
- White Card
- Current Driver’s Licence
- Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
