About the Role
Working across a variety of civil and earthworks projects, you will operate skid steers and excavators to a high final trim standard while maintaining productivity, quality, and safety on site.
Key Responsibilities
- Final trim operation of skid steers and excavators
- Reading and interpreting site plans and levels
- Operating GPS machine control systems (desirable)
- Conducting pre‑start inspections and reporting defects
- Maintaining a safe and productive work environment
- Assisting with general civil construction activities as required
About You
- Proven experience in final trim operations
- Robust skid steer and excavator operating experience
- Background in civil construction and earthworks
- White Card
- Current driver’s licence
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship
Highly Regarded
- GPS machine control experience (Trimble, Topcon or similar)
- HR licence
- Additional plant tickets
