The Business Intelligence and Analytics team enables data‑driven decision‑making across the University by developing innovative reporting, analytics and data solutions that improve operational efficiency and support strategic priorities. The team works collaboratively with faculties and divisions to deliver meaningful insights and business intelligence capabilities that inform planning and enhance organisational performance.
As a key member of the team, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the University’s business intelligence capability. You will develop and maintain data warehouse solutions, reporting tools, dashboards and analytics platforms that transform complex data into meaningful insights for stakeholders across the organisation.
We are seeking a skilled and collaborative professional with significant experience in business intelligence development, data modelling, SQL and analytics technologies. You will build strong relationships with stakeholders, understand business needs, and deliver innovative data solutions that drive continuous improvement and informed decision‑making across the University.

Position Requirements
- Demonstrated experience developing business intelligence solutions, dashboards,
data models and reporting tools within a complex organisation.
- Strong technical capability in SQL, data warehousing, data analytics and business intelligence technologies.
- Ability to analyse complex data and translate insights into meaningful information to support decision‑making and business improvement.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to collaborate with technical teams and business areas to understand needs and deliver effective solutions.
- Relevant qualifications and/or extensive experience in business intelligence, data analytics, information systems or a related discipline.
