We are currently seeking a Part Time Logistics Coordinator / Shipping Clerk to join our Bibra Lake team. This role is ideal for a detail oriented professional with logistics, export documentation, and coordination skills who is looking for part time employment.

Key Requirements

- Excellent Excel skills and strong computer literacy

- Strong time management skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines

- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Key Responsibilities

Logistics Coordination

- Monitor and respond to emails in a timely manner
- Track vessel schedules and update internal records
- Coordinate logistics for container packing




- Process customer orders for container packing
- Maintain accurate records in Excel and the internal packing system
- Liaise with container transport companies
- Prepare documentation for container packing
- Track packing orders to ensure on‑time delivery to terminal

Shipping & Export Administration

- Book vessels and liaise with shipping lines
- Transmit orders to container packing companies
- Prepare and process export documentation, including:
- Bills of Lading
- Health Certificates
- Certificates of Origin
- Marine Insurance Certificates

- Process export documents through online systems
- Maintain accurate records using Excel, Talman, and MYOB
