Job Overview

Reporting to the Restaurant Manager as part of the Restaurant Leadership Team (RLT), you will play a vital role in driving the success of your restaurant, bringing our values of "Guest Obsessed" and "People Power" to life.

Key Responsibilities

- Executing and monitoring promotional activities.
- Employee development and leadership.
- Store merchandising.
- Stock management and stock control.
- Maintaining a protected working environment for all team members and guests.
- Leading a team to put guests at the centre of the business, ensuring teamwork and empowerment.

Qualifications

- Retail or hospitality experience.
- A "Guest Obsessed" mindset.

- High level of energy and a sense of urgency.
- A passion for training, coaching, and mentoring team members to success.




- Will provide a National Police Check.
