Role Overview

Join us and experience Bunnings from the other side of the counter! Bunnings Dandenong is seeking a Part‑Time Kitchen Planning Specialist to join our team. This role offers flexibility to work morning, day, evening and weekend shifts and requires an adult pay rate for 18 years of age and above of $30.45 per hour.

As a Kitchen Specialist, you will provide the best experience for all our customers kitchen and bathroom needs, ranging from giving advice on fixtures and fittings to full design, order and installation projects, helping transform their projects into real‑life results.

Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional customer service, understanding their needs, preferences and budget
- Guide customers to suitable design services and produce quotes
- Stock management, keeping up to date on newly featured products while ensuring a clean and tidy work setting
- Generate sales and manage on‑going orders
- Work as part of a supportive and inclusive team who build a difference

Qualifications

- A genuine passion for customer experience




- The ability to engage and connect with customers to assist with their project journey
- Eagerness to learn about products and services
- Act with integrity, be safe and do your best
- Availability to work flexible hours (including late nights, early mornings and weekends)
