This is a fast-paced, rewarding role where you'll coordinate rosters, fill shifts, solve staffing challenges and ensure our clients receive the right support at the right time.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate and manage healthcare rosters
- Allocate shifts and respond to last-minute changes
- Support Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses and support staff
- Manage calls, emails and scheduling requests
- Work closely with operational and clinical teams
- Maintain accurate and compliant workforce records
What You'll Bring
- Healthcare rostering or workforce scheduling experience
- Experience managing RNs, ENs and casual workforces
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
