Position: Aiko Installer Community Marketing & Operations Specialist (AIC Installer – Installation Partner Operations & Marketing Coordinator)

The Role

We are currently seeking a Melbourne-based AIC Installer – Installation Partner Operations & Marketing Coordinator to drive the operational and marketing efforts of our installer loyalty program. In this role, you will coordinate internal stakeholders to achieve program systems, manage the formal onboarding of qualified partners, and support ongoing program engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinating internal teams (including HQ) to implement program rules, IT systems, and operational workflows
- Working indirectly through sales teams and distributors, and directly with retail partners when needed, to recruit existing Aiko partners into the AIC program
- Assessing the suitability of businesses and technicians for program membership
- Arranging merchandise dispatch, incentives, and reward allocations for installer community and TeamOrange members




- Analysing customer data to identify priority segments, trends, and prize eligibility
- Collaborating with other departments (e.g., technical team) to create and improve training packages
- Suggesting and executing targeted loyalty initiatives and campaigns, including driving attendance at events such as the annual sales conference
- Monitoring and assessing negotiated KPIs
- Ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction through proactive outreach during slower periods

About You

- Experience: 1–2 years of relevant experience in a corporate, government, or community sector environment, with a track record of coordinating both internal and external stakeholders to achieve team goals.
- Loyalty/Membership Experience: Experience coordinating loyalty programs, membership schemes, or similar activities is highly regarded.
- Language Skills: Business-level English and fluent Mandarin – native or near-native Mandarin speakers strongly preferred (essential for effective communication with HQ and overseas teams).
- Personal Attributes: A self-starter who can work independently, receive objectives, and build workflows to achieve goals. Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Work Rights: Must hold Australian Permanent Residency or Citizenship and have full working rights in Australia.
