We’re growing and looking for a Client Engagement Lead who thrives on building strong client partnerships and leading successful transformation projects.

At Hummingbird, we help organisations improve how they plan, prioritise, and deliver strategic initiatives through specialist PPM solutions. As a Client Engagement Lead, you’ll guide clients through their deployment journey and ensure they achieve meaningful business outcomes.

You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders while leading delivery teams, helping organisations embed better ways of working and maximize the value of their technology investment.

About the Role

This role is focused on leading client engagements and ensuring successful delivery of Hummingbird’s PPM deployments. You’ll act as the lead consultant, guiding clients through the deployment lifecycle while ensuring solutions are aligned to their goals and organisational maturity.

You’ll work across multiple delivery teams to ensure the agreed solution design is implemented effectively and that clients adopt the platform successfully.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll take ownership of client relationships and delivery outcomes, ensuring projects are executed effectively while maintaining a strong focus on value and client success.

Your day-to-day will involve:

- Leading client engagements and acting as the primary trusted advisor
- Facilitating strategic workshops to understand client needs and goals
- Guiding solution design and deployment aligned to agreed outcomes
- Providing subject matter expertise on the Planview platform
- Managing complex client enquiries and escalations
- Identifying risks and ensuring projects stay aligned with delivery plans
- Mentoring consultants and supporting delivery teams




- Contributing to solution improvements and knowledge sharing across Hummingbird
- Supporting pre‑sales activities and solution discussions when required
- Monitoring project financials and delivery performance

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who brings leadership, strong consulting capability, and a passion for helping organisations improve how they operate.

You’ll be comfortable working with senior stakeholders, guiding teams, and navigating complex transformation environments.

- Experience in consulting, technology delivery, or enterprise transformation
- Strong stakeholder management and client engagement skills
- Ability to guide organisations through change and improvement initiatives
- Familiarity with enterprise technology platforms and system integrations
- Knowledge of PPM platforms (Planview experience highly advantageous)
- Strong problem‑solving and strategic thinking ability
- Leadership capability with experience mentoring or guiding teams
