The Opportunity

We are expanding our team in the Canberra ACT and are looking for:

- Registered Nurses (RNs)
- Enrolled Nurses (ENs)
- Home Care Employees (HCEs)

You’ll work across a variety of shifts — including active nights — to deliver exceptional in-home care and help clients maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide clinical and personal care in clients' homes.
- Maintain accurate documentation and care plans.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Promote safety, dignity and well-being in every interaction.

What You’ll Need

- Current Driver's Licence & reliable vehicle




- National Police Clearance (current)
- Nursing Registration (if applicable)
- First Aid & CPR Certificates
- Solid communication & interpersonal skills
- Computer literacy — confident using digital systems for care notes & communication
- Experience in nursing or home care (preferred but not essential)
