The Role

We're looking for a passionate and energetic Supervisor to join the team at Golden Avenue on a casual basis, offering up to full-time hours.

Working alongside our Restaurant Manager, you'll help lead the front‑of‑house team through vibrant, high‑energy services while creating memorable guest experiences from the moment guests arrive. You'll be a natural leader on the floor, bringing warmth, confidence and genuine hospitality to every shift,



while supporting the development of your team and helping maintain the exceptional standards Golden Avenue is known for.

Qualifications

- Previous leadership experience within a quality‑driven, high‑volume restaurant environment
- Confidence leading large front‑of‑house teams through busy services while maintaining exceptional guest experiences
- Strong hosting instincts with a genuine passion for creating warm, memorable guest interactions
- Experience using SevenRooms or similar reservation platforms (highly regarded)
- The ability to coach, mentor and inspire team members while fostering a positive team culture
- A calm, solutions‑focused approach with excellent communication and decision‑making skills
- Strong understanding of service standards, floor operations and guest recovery
- A genuine desire to build a long‑term career in premium hospitality
- A current RSA certificate
- Casual availability across a rotating roster, with shifts available between 9:00am and 1:00am
