Rise is looking for an experienced Executive Administrator to provide high-level support across our organisation, with a strong focus on Board and corporate governance administration, executive support, and continuous improvement initiatives.
This is a role for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to keep things organised, accurate and running smoothly. You'll work closely with the Leadership Group, coordinating key meetings, governance activities, reporting, and administrative systems that support the organisation's success.
This is a fixed-term position for 12 months working Monday to Friday (76 hours per fortnight) based at our Helen’s Place Office (Middle Swan) with work-from-home flexibility.
What you'll be doing
Supporting Board and governance activities
Coordinating executive and leadership meetings, including agendas, papers, minutes and action tracking
Assisting with organisational projects, reporting and research
Maintaining registers, databases and administrative systems
Identifying and implementing process improvements
Coordinating document workflows and corporate administration activities
Providing support across the Leadership Group as required
Qualifications
Qualifications in Business Administration (Certificate IV or higher) and/or experience in a similar executive administration role
Ability to apply specialised knowledge, analytical thinking and independent judgement to identify opportunities for improvement, contribute to the development of effective administrative practices and systems and implement solutions.
Strong attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills
Experience preparing high-quality meeting minutes at an executive or Board level
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and SharePoint
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience with records management systems and administrative processes
Formalities (The reliable stuff!)
Appointments to this position will be subject to a national police clearance. Costs for new checks will be covered and/or reimbursed by Rise.
