Our client is a well-established Queensland contractor delivering complex projects across the mining, resources and heavy industrial sectors. With a strong pipeline of work and continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their high-performing team.

About the Role

You will be responsible for the successful delivery of major industrial construction projects from commencement through to completion, leading multidisciplinary teams while maintaining strong commercial, safety and client outcomes.

Projects are primarily located throughout Gladstone and Mackay, with flights and accommodation provided where required.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the delivery of industrial construction projects from start to finish
- Lead project teams, subcontractors and suppliers
- Oversee project budgets, forecasting and commercial performance
- Build and maintain strong client relationships




- Manage project schedules and resources
- Ensure projects are delivered safely on time and within budget
- Mentor Project Engineers and site teams

About You

You'll ideally have experience delivering projects within one or more of the following:

- Heavy Industrial Construction
- Mechanical Construction
- Structural Steel
- Mining
- Oil & Gas
- Refineries
- Processing Plants
- SMP Projects

You will also possess:

- Proven Project Management experience
- Strong commercial acumen
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to travel to project sites as required
