As we continue to grow and evolve, we're on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Duty Manager to take the lead in supporting day‑to‑day operations and delivering unforgettable customer experiences.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Supporting the Management Team in all aspects of venue operations
- Leading by example to create a positive, motivated team culture
- Ensuring exceptional customer service across all areas
- Contributing to staff training and development
- Overseeing compliance with licensing, RSA and venue policies

What We’re Looking For





- Current RMLV & Approved Manager’s License (essential)
- Previous experience in a similar hospitality leadership role
- A true team player with a “hands‑on” attitude
- A passion for customer service and creating memorable experiences
- Strong multitasking skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and public holidays
- Highly motivated, reliable, and ready to hit the ground running
