Job Description
Reporting to the Chief Brand Officer, the Head of Social will own the strategic direction of the brand's social presence across all platforms. This executive leadership role will be responsible for developing innovative campaigns that strengthen brand relevance, build engaged communities and deliver measurable commercial outcomes.
Leading a talented social and content team, you will collaborate across marketing, operations and product teams to ensure social remains central to the customer experience while continually identifying new opportunities to elevate the brand.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and execute the overarching social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and emerging platforms
- Lead integrated campaigns across social, paid media, activations, out-of-home and in-venue digital channels
- Inspire, mentor and develop a high-performing team of content creators and social specialists
- Drive community engagement, user-generated content and audience growth through best-practice social management
- Analyse campaign performance, identify opportunities and leverage insights to continuously optimise results and commercial outcomes
Candidate Profile
You are a commercially minded social media leader with a proven ability to build brands through compelling content, strategic thinking and exceptional leadership. Equally creative and analytical,
you understand how to create culturally relevant campaigns that resonate with audiences while delivering measurable business outcomes.
You will bring:
- Extensive experience leading social media strategy within retail, hospitality, FMCG or consumer-facing brands
- Demonstrated success delivering integrated, high-performing social campaigns across multiple platforms
- Strong leadership experience building and developing creative, high-performing teams
- Deep understanding of content creation, paid social, community management and emerging digital trends
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across marketing, operations and executive leadership
