Site Installation Supervisor – Modular Construction

Residential & Commercial Projects | Travel Required | 2–3 Nights per Week

We’re looking for a Site Installation Supervisor who brings hands‑on experience in modular installations and can confidently lead onsite activities across both residential and commercial projects.

What you’ll be doing:

- Overseeing the installation and onsite assembly of modular buildings
- Coordinating trades, subcontractors and site activities to ensure secure, timely and high‑quality outcomes
- Working closely with the Project Manager to maintain program, sequencing and site readiness
- Ensuring compliance with safety, quality and installation standards
- Representing the business onsite with professional communication and problem‑solving

What we’re looking for:





- Proven experience working on modular building projects – residential and commercial
- Strong site coordination capability and the confidence to lead teams
- Excellent problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and a high standard of workmanship
- Willingness to travel as required and work flexible hours to support project needs
- Ability to manage overnight trips (typically 2-3 nights per week , dependent on project requirements)
