The team advises leading private equity, infrastructure, real estate and private credit sponsors on the establishment and operation of investment funds, offering exposure to sophisticated domestic and cross‑border mandates. This is an excellent prospect to develop within a growing private capital practice with strong international connections.
Requirements
- 2-4 PQE
- Experience in investment funds or fund formation gained at a leading Australian, UK or international law firm.
- Strong technical and commercial skills.
