- Collaborate with team and clients to develop and deliver tailored restructuring and insolvency strategies across a range of industries.
- Manage teams across multiple workstreams.
- Mentor junior staff with an emphasis on knowledge sharing.
- Analyze financial information, identify issues, and prepare recommendations for clients.
- Assist clients to evaluate and understand the performance and position of their business.
- Proactively create and implement solutions (selling assets, reorganizing capital structures, trading on businesses) to meet diverse challenges.
Qualifications
- Professionally Qualified (Chartered Accountant or Certified Practicing Accountant) with 4 to 6 years’ experience in restructuring, consulting, audit or professional services.
- Experience in restructuring and insolvency with a desire to focus skillset in this area.
- Curiosity, empathy, integrity and strong interpersonal qualities.
- Desire to work collaboratively and contribute in a team workplace.
- Excellent analytical skills supported by advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel (or willingness to learn).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills that enable interaction with clients at all levels up to C-suite.
- Structured problem‑solving skills.
- Organisation and project management skills with ability to manage clients and project teams to influence change.
- Hands‑on experience working in a quick‑paced and quickly changing environment.
- Commercial awareness with strong business acumen and advanced emotional intelligence.
