About the Role
The Project Manager will lead end-to-end delivery of technology projects across Finance, Procurement, Operations, Delivery, and Technology functions. This is a hands‑on project delivery role requiring the ability to manage competing priorities, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and contribute directly across project coordination, business analysis, testing, implementation, and transition activities. The successful candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining robust governance, stakeholder alignment, and delivery outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end delivery of IT projects from initiation through implementation, go‑live, and transition to BAU support.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, milestones, resources, and dependencies.
- Manage project governance, reporting, risks, issues, assumptions, decisions, and change control processes.
- Coordinate delivery across business teams, IT teams, vendors, systems integrators, and third‑party partners.
- Facilitate workshops, project meetings, Agile ceremonies, stakeholder forums, and decision‑making sessions.
- Support testing activities, data migration planning, reconciliation, validation, integrations, and implementation readiness.
- Manage project financials including budget tracking, forecasting, and cost control.
- Provide clear reporting, dashboards, and insights to senior stakeholders and governance forums.
- Drive collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across project teams.
About You
You are an experienced Project Manager with a strong track record delivering complex technology, digital, ERP, or business transformation projects.
- Proven experience managing end‑to‑end IT projects from initiation through implementation and BAU transition.
- Experience delivering projects using Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, leadership, and influencing skills.
- Experience managing vendors, systems integrators, consultants, and cross‑functional delivery teams.
- Strong governance, risk management, reporting, and financial management capability
- ERP systems, construction or asset management related systems, risk management tools (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics, EcoSys, ARM)
- Demonstrated experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) solutions, including integrations, is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of Finance and Procurement business processes including GL, AP, AR, procure‑to‑pay (P2P), and vendor management.
- Experience using project delivery tools such as Azure DevOps, JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, and reporting tools such as Power BI.
- Strong analytical capability with experience developing dashboards, tracking project metrics, and supporting benefits realisation.
- A proactive, collaborative, and solutions‑focused approach with the ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver results.
