Downer is seeking an experienced Zero Harm Advisor to join our Barrow Island operations. You will support Health, Safety and Setting management systems and provide practical onsite guidance to ensure activities are performed safely and in compliance.
Reporting to the Superintendent or Project Manager, you will lead safety coaching, conduct inspections, develop risk assessments, and drive continuous improvement with stakeholders.
