Key responsibilities
- Partner with Deployment Managers to ensure project data is accurate, current, and aligned.
- Maintain project records, timelines, and reporting consistency across the portfolio.
- Review and validate monthly reporting cycles to ensure data integrity and reliability.
- Identify risks, delays, dependencies, and bottlenecks across projects.
- Provide clear insights on project performance and areas requiring intervention.
- Proactively follow up with stakeholders to drive accountability and data accuracy.
- Support alignment to standard templates, milestones, and deployment phases.
- Contribute to structured monthly checkpoints, including progress tracking and forecasting inputs.
Qualifications & experience
- 3–5 years’ experience in project or program support within infrastructure, construction, or digital environments.
- Exposure to multi-project environments with an understanding of timelines, dependencies, and delivery phases.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and reporting quality.
- Confident working with waterfall‑style project management approaches.
- Experience with project management software, such as Microsoft Project.
- Proactive, hands‑on, and comfortable engaging stakeholders to drive outcomes.
- Ability to identify inconsistencies, risks, and gaps in project data.
- Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Construction Management, or similar is desirable but not essential.
Benefits
- Competitive remuneration, including base salary, car allowance, company performance incentive, employee share offers and a 25% discount on fuel for two privately used cars.
- Hybrid work model – flexible remote and office balance.
- Support for up to 3 months remote international working (conditional to 5 days paid leave for every 30 days of remote work).
- Internal recognition platform amplifying achievements.
- Career development and learning opportunities, including LinkedIn Learning and other tailored training solutions.
- Baby Care Package – financial and flexible support for parents transitioning back to work.
- Novated Lease options available.
- Employee Share Scheme.
- Versatile leave options, including annual leave, wellbeing and bonus days, and optional additional purchased leave.
- Community engagement – one paid day a year volunteering with an Ampol Foundation partner.
