- Salary ranges from $102,936 - $113,579 plus superannuation and annual leave loading.

The Role

- Provide expert property and valuation advice that supports fair, transparent and legislatively compliant outcomes.
- Undertake rating and taxing valuations, objection valuations, compulsory acquisition valuations or specialised commercial and asset valuations depending on team placement.
- Research, analyse and interpret property information, prepare reports and recommendations,



maintain valuation data integrity and communicate technical valuation information to a diverse range of stakeholders.

About You

- You enjoy applying sound professional judgement, analysing property information and delivering high-quality valuation outcomes.
- You can communicate technical information clearly and build confidence with customers and stakeholders through professional, transparent advice.
- You are looking to broaden your valuation experience while contributing to outcomes that impact millions of people across NSW.
- Relevant tertiary qualification that contributes to accreditation with the API or RICS.
- Certified Practising Valuer (CPV) with the Australian Property Institute or MRICS accreditation with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, or eligibility to obtain within 12 months of employment.
- Current driver licence and willingness to travel.
