We're looking for a consultant who enjoys working closely with business stakeholders, solving complex business challenges and delivering enterprise‑scale SuccessFactors implementations across Talent Management.

About the Role

You’ll play a key role in supporting and enhancing a modern SuccessFactors environment, working across the full project lifecycle—from requirements gathering and solution design through to configuration, testing, deployment and post go‑live support.

Working closely with HR, business leaders and technical teams, you’ll help deliver improvements that enhance the employee experience while supporting critical business processes.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Partner with HR and business stakeholders to gather and validate requirements.
- Facilitate workshops and perform fit‑gap analysis.
- Configure and support SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management solutions.
- Participate in solution design, testing, deployment and hyper‑care.
- Work across Performance & Goals, Succession Planning and Learning.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across HR systems.
- Collaborate with technical teams,



vendors and project stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes.

You’ll ideally bring

- Strong commercial experience implementing or supporting SAP SuccessFactors.
- Expertise in Talent Management modules, including Performance & Goals, Succession and Learning.
- Experience with Employee Central will be highly regarded.
- Strong understanding of HR business processes and HR technology.
- Experience facilitating workshops and engaging senior stakeholders.
- Knowledge of data migration, configuration, testing and deployment activities.
- Excellent communication, consulting and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive, collaborative approach with a passion for continuous improvement.
