Remuneration: $44.52 – $54.60 per hour + super + salary packaging + penalties & allowances (Not for Profit)

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Anaesthetic Nurse to join our Cardiac Catheter Theatre team. You will support patients undergoing diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures, working alongside Cardiologists, Anaesthetists and a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care.

Responsibilities

- Provide high‑quality anaesthetic nursing care for patients undergoing cardiac catheterisation and interventional procedures.
- Support patients throughout the procedural journey, ensuring secure and effective peri‑operative care.
- Collaborate closely with Cardiologists, Anaesthetists and multidisciplinary team members to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
- Maintain evidence‑based clinical practice and contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives.
- Participate in the ongoing development of a positive, patient‑centred and safety‑focused team culture.

Qualifications

- Bachelor of Nursing (or equivalent) and current AHPRA registration.




- Recent Anaesthetic Nursing experience within an acute hospital environment.
- Experience within Cardiac Catheter Laboratory, Interventional Cardiology or Theatre settings highly regarded.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical‑thinking abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Australian working rights.
- Availability to participate in an on‑call roster and rotating shifts.
