About The Role

We’re seeking a R&D; Consultant to join our R&D; team. In this role, you’ll work closely with innovative businesses to identify and support eligible R&D; activities, helping them access government incentives. You’ll analyse technical and financial information, contribute to high‑quality client deliverables, and collaborate with a supportive, multidisciplinary team.

What Makes You ‘just Right’

- Tertiary qualification in Commerce, Accounting, Engineering, Science, IT, or a related field
- 1–2 years’ experience in the R&D; Tax Incentive program or a similar skilled services environment (desirable)
- Strong analytical capability, with the ability to interpret technical and financial information
- Excellent written communication skills, including report writing and documentation
- High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
- A curious, proactive mindset and genuine interest in innovation and technology
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and build relationships

What Your Day Might Look Like

- Working with clients to understand their innovative products, processes, and technologies




- Participating in client interviews and workshops to identify eligible R&D; activities
- Reviewing and analysing technical documentation and financial data to assess eligibility
- Assisting with the calculation of R&D; expenditure and preparing supporting documentation
- Drafting R&D; project descriptions, applications, and technical reports
- Collaborating with colleagues and Partners to deliver tailored client solutions
- Contributing to internal learning, sharing insights, and attending networking events
