Silverstone is seeking experienced Underground Grader Operators for an ongoing FIFO prospect at a well-established underground gold mine in WA. This role offers a balanced 2:2 roster and is suited to operators who can work autonomously, take ownership of their duties, and contribute to safe and efficient underground mining operations.

Job Duties Include:

- Operating CAT 12H and CAT 14K underground graders to maintain safe, smooth and well-drained haul roads
- Shaping and repairing underground roadways to support heavy mining equipment
- Conducting pre-start inspections and reporting equipment or road hazards
- Working in accordance with underground safety, ventilation and site procedures
- Supporting safe underground traffic flow and production activities
- Loading and unloading stores trucks
- Unloading explosive deliveries into the site magazine
- Completing underground stores, fuel pod and ground support runs




- Transporting skip bins to and from the site tip
- Maintaining wash pad sumps and remediation facilities
- Assisting with waste dump maintenance as required
- Driving the site bus between camp and site as required

Job Requirements:

- Previous underground Grader operating experience on CAT 12H and/or CAT 14K graders
- Underground Loader experience highly regarded
- Integrated Tool Carrier (IT) ticket essential
- Dangerous Goods Licence essential
- Minimum LR Class Driver's Licence essential
- Forklift Ticket desirable but not essential
- Current manual C Class Driver's Licence
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening
- Current National Police Clearance (within 6 months) or willingness to obtain one
- Full Australian working rights
- Strong commitment to safety, teamwork and operational excellence
