The Role

Working alongside an experienced Project Manager, you'll play a key role in the successful delivery of projects from procurement through to final accounts.

Key Responsibilities

- End-to-end subcontractor procurement and contract administration
- Preparation and assessment of subcontract packages
- Cost reporting, forecasting and budget management
- Managing progress claims, variations and payments
- Contract negotiations and administration
- Liaising with clients, consultants and subcontractors
- Supporting the delivery team to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

About You

- Previous experience as a Contracts Administrator with a commercial builder
- Strong understanding of commercial construction contracts
- Experience delivering projects from approximately $5M-$50M
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a project team
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or similar
