We’re seeking an experienced Residential Care Manager to lead our aged care team and deliver exceptional outcomes for the local community. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll have the autonomy to shape your team, influence performance, and make a genuine difference every day.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the residence, ensuring high-quality, person‑centred care
- Drive performance in line with Aged Care Quality Standards and organisational goals
- Oversee care planning and clinical documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy
- Build, coach and develop a high-performing team
- Foster a positive, supportive workplace culture
- Manage workforce planning and resources to ensure sustainable operations
- Build strong relationships with residents, families, and the local community
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience in a leadership role within aged care (Residential Care Manager or similar)
- Strong understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards and compliance requirements
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach and develop teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
