Centacare Catholic Family Services in Noarlunga Centre is seeking a Case Manager to support families through a team-oriented, therapeutic case management approach with a focus on child safety and family wellbeing.

You will work within a multidisciplinary team, partner with DHS and DCP, coordinate in-home support, strengthen parenting skills, and advocate for families to address safety and risk factors in a culturally responsive way.
