We’re Looking For People Who
- Have previous experience in hospitality, catering or event operations
- Deliver outstanding customer service with confidence and professionalism
- Enjoy working in busy, fast‑paced environments
- Are reliable, adaptable and take pride in their work
- Present professionally and communicate well with guests and colleagues
- Can work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
- Hold a current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate and Brisbane City Council Food Safe Certificate
Relevant trade qualifications are required for Chef and Cook positions.
