MCA Engineering is seeking an experienced Underground Construction Supervisor to lead underground works on ongoing mining projects, coordinating crews and activities to ensure safe, effective delivery.

This hands-on leadership role requires strong planning and communication, with a 2:1 FIFO roster from Brisbane, Townsville or Cairns. Mining experience and safety compliance are essential.
