As the Manager CI & Change, you’ll lead and coordinate continuous improvement and change activities across our Insurance & Claims business, working closely with senior leaders and stakeholders to identify opportunities, align initiatives to business priorities, and create a consistent approach to change delivery and operational embedding.

This is a permanent role based in Brisbane.

Responsibilities

- Lead and coordinate continuous improvement and change initiatives across Insurance & Claims.
- Partner with leaders and subject matter experts to identify and deliver improvements to member and employee experiences.
- Establish a coordinated approach to change delivery, governance, prioritisation, and operational embedding.
- Provide strategic and operational support to the General Manager Insurance and Claims, including acting as delegate when required.
- Develop measurement frameworks and reporting to monitor service performance and improvement outcomes.
- Build team capability and foster a high‑performing, member‑focused culture.
- Manage business risks and support effective incident resolution, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement activities.
- Contribute to the design and execution of Insurance & Claims strategy and broader business planning.

Qualifications





- You hold business‑related tertiary qualifications or bring equivalent experience in a similar leadership role.
- Your leadership experience has been gained within financial services or a similarly regulated environment.
- You’ll demonstrate robust strategic thinking and commercial acumen, with the ability to translate plans into outcomes.
- You’re highly skilled at influencing stakeholders and leading successful change initiatives.
- You communicate effectively with audiences at all levels and can present complex information clearly.
- Your analytical and problem‑solving skills enable you to navigate complex business challenges.
- You’ll bring experience in superannuation and/or insurance, or the ability to quickly develop domain expertise.
- You’re familiar with project management methodologies and governance practices.
