In this exciting role, you'll contribute to the delivery of industry-leading market intelligence, helping internal stakeholders make informed property and investment decisions.You'll work alongside experienced researchers and industry experts to collect and analyse market data, maintain databases, prepare presentations and support the delivery of high-quality research reports. This is an outstanding opportunity and would suit a current property economics student or recent graduate looking to develop a long-term career in the commercial property industry.Key ResponsibilitiesCollect, analyse and interpret commercial property market dataMaintain and develop research databases and market intelligence systemsAssist in the preparation of research reports, market updates and thought leadership contentDevelop presentations and materials for internal and external stakeholdersRespond to research requests from business teams and clientsSupport business development activities through market insights and analysisMonitor market trends, economic indicators and industry developmentsCollaborate with local and national teams to ensure data accuracy and consistencyAssist with client presentations and market briefings as requiredAbout YouCurrent Bachelor of Property Economics, Finance or Economics University student or recent graduateStrong numerical,



analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStand-out interpersonal and relationship building skillsStrong Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word skillsAbility to interpret data and communicate findings clearlyComfortable working with senior colleagues and collaboratively within a team environmentAn interest in commercial property, economics, investment or market researchPrevious research, analytical or property industry experience is advantageous but not essentialExperience supporting proposals, submissions or business development activities is highly regarded.About Cushman & WakefieldCushman & Wakefield is a global leader in commercial real estate services, with 50,000+ employees across 60 countries.
