Position Overview

We wish to complement our existing team with an experienced HSE Advisor for our Water Projects within our Fulton Hogan Utilities business. Responsibilities

- Provide health and safety advice, technical guidance and leadership in line with company systems and processes.
- Lead and support risk assessments for project activities in collaboration with internal teams and subcontractors.
- Act as the site custodian for the safety management system, ensuring effective implementation and compliance.
- Support project teams with HSE administration, including audits and inspections to ensure alignment with business, client and legislative requirements.




- Implement and maintain injury prevention and risk reduction strategies on nominated projects.
- Conduct incident investigations and facilitate sharing of lessons learned to improve safety performance.

Qualifications

- Relevant qualification in WHS (minimum Certificate IV).
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in the construction industry, with exposure to water and wastewater infrastructure.
- ICAM Lead Investigator (desirable) and current First Aid certificate.
- Proven ability to engage, coach and foster relationships at all levels of an organisation.
- Quality / Safety Internal Auditor (desirable).
- WHS and injury management experience and thorough understanding of WHS legislation.
- Adopting and driving Fulton Hogan’s Living Safely 2.0 culture.
