Overview

Experienced Electrical Quality Advisor to join a major renewable energy construction project. Work closely with the Project, Site and Quality teams to ensure construction activities are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards. This is a hands-on site-based role contributing to Australia’s clean energy future.

Responsibilities

- Conduct on-site quality inspections throughout construction activities
- Monitor contractor works to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality requirements
- Verify and maintain testing, installation and quality records
- Review contractor deliverables and quality documentation
- Conduct material inspections and support handover activities
- Coordinate and attend punch list walkdowns and verify defect close-outs
- Manage non-conformances and assist with quality issue resolution
- Support implementation and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System
- Promote a proactive quality culture across the project team

Qualifications

- 3–5 years' experience in a Quality Advisor, Quality Inspector or similar position
- Experience within construction,



infrastructure, resources, energy or industrial projects
- Strong understanding of quality management systems and construction quality processes
- Experience managing quality documentation, inspections and testing records
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- A proactive attitude and solid team-focused approach
