Henderson Healthcare is seeking a Training Officer with aged care experience to cover Kalgoorlie, Wheatbelt and Perth South Eastern Suburbs. The role is full-time and permanent, with hours 9am–5pm, Monday to Friday. Salary ranges AU$90,000–AU$100,000 per year.
You will plan, coordinate, deliver, and evaluate education programs to ensure staff are competent and compliant with Aged Care and NDIS standards, including competency assessments and ongoing career development.
