ACCIONA seeks a Shift Team Leader to manage 24-hour operations at the Kwinana Energy Recovery Facility in Western Australia. You will drive safe, productive, compliant and innovative operations, deputise for the Operations Manager when needed, and maximise plant availability.

You will mentor the operations team, ensure resources, meet contractual obligations, support asset management and maintenance, and work with shifts to develop strategic operational plans for the site.
