Overview

As a Room Attendant in our Housekeeping team, you will help keep our rooms exceptionally clean and detail-oriented, working with the team to ensure guests have a wonderful stay.

Primary Responsibilities

- Thoroughly clean all sections of the guest rooms, including changing linens, cleaning bathrooms, and wiping down surfaces to ensure an exceptional first impression
- Follow established guidelines to maintain our high standards
- Maintain and restock housekeeping trolleys, keeping them organized and well equipped
- Use cleaning materials with care and adhere to safety protocols to ensure a secure workplace
- Respect guest privacy and security
- Report maintenance issues promptly to support a flawless guest experience

Skills and Experience

- Experience as a cleaner or room attendant is a plus
- Warm, welcoming communication with guests and team members
- Strong attention to detail, efficient time management, and pride in tasks




- Comfort with a physical role and navigating between rooms via internal/external stairs and pathways
- Ability to collaborate with colleagues from diverse backgrounds
- Reliable transportation and availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
