Johnny's Green Room is a rooftop bar in Carlton's Little Italy, known for its vibrant atmosphere, handcrafted cocktails, Italian-inspired food, and genuine hospitality.

We are looking for enthusiastic Supervisors, Bartenders and Floor Staff to join our growing team. If you are passionate about hospitality, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy creating memorable guest experiences, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

- Provide warm, friendly and professional customer service.
- Prepare and serve beverages (Bartenders).
- Run food and drinks with efficiency and attention to detail.
- Support the team during busy service periods.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- For Supervisors:



lead shifts, support the team, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

About You

- Previous hospitality experience (supervisory experience required for Supervisor roles).
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume venue.
- Passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
- Current Victorian RSA (essential for Bartenders and Supervisors).
