The Opportunity

Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, this is a pivotal leadership role within the ANZ finance team. You’ll take ownership of the financial reporting and accounting function while partnering closely with commercial leaders, shared services and regional stakeholders across APAC.

Candidates from retail, consumer products or fast-moving commercial environments will be highly regarded, particularly those who enjoy working in dynamic, product-focused businesses.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead month end reporting and financial accounting activities
- Partner with offshore shared services to ensure financial accuracy
- Drive process improvements and strengthen financial controls
- Manage external audit, tax compliance and statutory reporting




- Oversee balance sheet reconciliations and reporting integrity
- Partner with commercial teams to provide financial support and insight
- Lead credit management while maintaining strong customer relationships

About You

- CA or CPA qualified with robust technical accounting capability
- Background within retail, consumer or product driven environments preferred
- Experience leading financial reporting in a complex organisation
- Strong understanding of governance, audit and compliance frameworks
- Advanced Excel skills with SAP experience highly regarded
- A confident communicator who builds trusted relationships across the business
