The Project Management / Corporate Strategy professional is responsible for supporting strategic initiatives, managing cross-functional projects, and driving business performance across the organization. This role involves project planning, stakeholder coordination, data analysis, process improvement, and strategic execution to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of strategic projects across multiple business functions.
- Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, resources, and risk management activities.
- Develop project plans, reports, presentations, and executive summaries for senior management.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and business performance assessments to support strategic decision-making.
- Analyze business data and identify trends, opportunities, and operational improvements.
- Monitor project progress, track key milestones, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Operations, Marketing, Product, and Technology to achieve project objectives.
- Facilitate project meetings, document meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Assist in developing business cases, strategic recommendations, and implementation plans.
- Identify project risks, recommend mitigation strategies, and support change management initiatives.
- Improve internal processes by evaluating workflows and implementing best practices.
- Prepare dashboards and performance reports using Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools.
- Support corporate planning, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic business initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, governance standards, and project management methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in project management, corporate strategy, business operations, consulting, or strategic planning is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex business data.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Asana, Jira, Trello, Monday.com, or Smartsheet is an advantage.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
