Urgentrequirement of EUC Engineer -Contract - Adelaide

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide first and second-level onsite support for desktops,laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivityissues.
- Install, configure, and upgrade IT equipment and software percompany standards.
- Manage user account creation, password resets, and accessrights in Active Directory/O365.
- Maintain and support AV/conference room equipment and providehands-on support for meetings.
- Liaise with remote support teams and vendors for escalationsand hardware replacements.
- Maintain asset inventory and ensure equipment lifecyclemanagement (procurement, imaging, disposal).
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes by preparing andrecovering user devices.
- Document incidents, requests, and resolutions in the ITSMsystem.




- Ensure compliance with IT policies and security protocols.

Required Qualifications & Skills :

- Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 4–8 years of experience in an onsite EUC or desktop supportrole.
- Solid troubleshooting skills in Windows 10/11, MicrosoftOffice 365, and general desktop environments.
- Hands-on experience with Active Directory, SCCM/Intune, and BMCHelix (or similar ITSM tool).
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, VPN).
- Experience supporting hardware from vendors like Dell, HP,Lenovo.
- Familiarity with remote support tools and mobile devicemanagement.

Duration: 6Months andpossible extension
