Group Exercise Instructor – Thomastown Recreation & Aquatic Centre (TRAC)

Thomastown Recreation & Aquatic Centre (TRAC) is a year‑round facility in Thomastown, VIC offering a 25 m lap pool, hydrotherapy pool, warm water pool, fun pool with water slide, toddlers pool, sauna, steam room, spa, gym, group exercise, multi‑purpose sports court, childcare and function room hire, as well as an outdoor water park with BBQ facilities.

Role Overview

Belgravia Leisure is seeking enthusiastic and motivated Group Exercise Instructors to join our team of health and fitness professionals.

Responsibilities

- Lead and instruct group exercise classes for a diverse range of ages, abilities, cultures and needs.
- Communicate and interact effectively with participants, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience.
- Work independently and as a valuable member of the team, supporting colleagues and maintaining a positive environment.

Qualifications & Skills

- Current Senior First Aid Certificate
- Current CPR Certificate




- Working with Children Check
- Current National Police Check
- Cert III in Fitness (or equivalent)
- Aqua qualification or Yoga/Pilates qualification
- Fitness Registration (or equivalent)

Previous industry experience is highly regarded.
