The Opportunity

With a solid pipeline of work across North Queensland, we're seeking experienced Machine Operators to join our high-performing project teams.

Current opportunities include:

- Backhoe Operators
- Bobcat Operators
- Mini Excavator Operators (5 Tonne)

Working across urban development and civil infrastructure projects, you'll play a vital role in delivering quality outcomes while maintaining a strong focus on safety, productivity and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate plant and machinery safely and efficiently
- Support civil construction and urban development project delivery
- Complete works in line with project specifications and schedules
- Maintain equipment and conduct pre-start inspections
- Work collaboratively with site teams and supervisors
- Adhere to all safety, environmental and quality requirements

About You

We're looking for operators who have:

- Minimum 5 years' machine operating experience




- Relevant machine operator tickets and licences
- Current Driver's Licence
- Construction White Card
- Strong safety awareness and commitment to compliance
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- The ability to work effectively within a team environment

Highly regarded:

- Previous experience on civil construction projects
- Experience working on urban development and infrastructure projects
