About You

- Cobar residents (essential)
- Australian citizen or permanent resident
- Manual driver’s licence holders (or show transparent progress towards obtaining one)
- Genuinely interested in pursuing their chosen trade
- Able to work 5/2, 4/3 (9‑hour roster) rosters varying for successful applicants over 18
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
- Keen problem solvers and enjoy team environments
- Open to new challenges
- Takes onboard new learnings and shows initiative
